February 2020 update

At the beginning of a new decade it seems like a good time for an update and stock check.

The lab was pleased to welcome Jenna Jarvis as a new PhD student with Dan Lambert working on cellular senescence and EVs in response to infection in October 2019 as well as Catriona Harrison who will be working on the role of Lpp in protein production.

We were also pleased to see Mohammed Al-Zuibidis Bacteriophage paper featured on the front cover of Infection and Immunity in November, a paper that has stimulated some interest and a new collaboration with a team in Switzerland.
