Current work
My PhD project is part-funded by GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) and is involved in establishing in vitro plaque biofilm models and testing community composition dynamics in response to glycan-active compounds. The project is supervised by Professor Graham Stafford and Dr Joey Shepherd at Sheffield University, in addition to Dr John Pratten (GSK) and Dr David Bradshaw (GSK). The project is also in collaboration with Professor William Wade (Queen Mary University of London).
